Cooperation between Employment Pacts in
Dublin (IRL) and Siemianowice Śląskie (PL)

Dear Hanna,

It was a great pleasure for us in the Dublin Employment Pact to have been able to be present to participate in the founding conference of the Employment Pact of Siemianowice Śląskie in September 2003 and subsequently to have welcomed a delegation from your Employment Pact on a study visit to Dublin in April 2004. Apart from the hard work involved, I think these exchanges enabled strong ties to be developed between our two networks.

As we discussed, we are developing a strong proposal under the EQUAL Programme, and if both our applications are successful, we look forward to further strengthening our cooperation with you through a transnational learning partnership between our two cities under EQUAL.

I wish your Employment Pact every success in your conference on 7th September and look forward to cooperating with you and your fine team under the EQUAL Programme.
